The daily
What you did, who showed up, the hours, the photos. If today looked like yesterday, copy yesterday and change what’s different. Most days that’s a minute.
For GCs and jobsites
Clock in, take a few pictures, write what happened. Do it on the phone before you leave the site. The office already has it — nobody should be typing the day up from a group text at nine.
Free to try. One job, two people. You can add a card later.
What it is
Your crew already does this on paper, or in a text thread. We put it on the phone, and it still works when the site has no signal.
What you did, who showed up, the hours, the photos. If today looked like yesterday, copy yesterday and change what’s different. Most days that’s a minute.
A big timer. Clock in on the site, out when you leave. Got another job after this one? Switch. The week view can wait until you’re done.
A PDF with your logo, the photos, and the hours. Something you can hand a GC without being embarrassed.
The day
It’s already on the right job. The phone remembers from yesterday.
Progress, the pour, the delay. The camera button is huge — gloves, sun, one hand.
No signal? It sits on the phone and sends when it can. You don’t wait around in the truck for a spinner.
Nobody retypes anything. Missing reports and hours that need a look show up as a short list, not a dashboard.

The desk
Who hasn’t sent a report. Hours that still need a look. A button to nudge them. Then you’re done with the software.
We didn’t build a command center. It’s the clipboard, on a bigger screen.

Questions
Yes. You write it on the phone and it sends when it can. There’s a note at the top so you’re not guessing.
Jobsites first — GCs and trades. Service companies use it too. If you need a six-month rollout and a sales engineer, you’re looking at something else.
Clock in on the site. Switch if you need to. Each job keeps its own photos and hours. Submit before you leave.
No. Keep those if you’ve got them. We do the daily, the hours, and the photos. Export hours on Friday. Send the PDF to the GC, or whoever asked for it.
No. Field is $5. Office is $19 on Core, $32 on Pro. Owners count as office.
We didn’t add any. A daily report should be what actually happened.
